Kimberly Dixon Hamilton, founder
Kimberly is a downtown resident committed to downtown’s renaissance. She was among the first to become involved in Knoxville’s downtown residential boom and is the only real estate professional in the region specializing exclusively in Knoxville’s downtown and urban waterfront residences.

Kimberly is a member of the Knoxville Chamber Partnership and serves on the board of directors of the Tennessee Theater and the Lindsay Young Downtown YMCA. She is also a member of Nucleus Knoxville, an organization that identifies, supports and educates new dynamic leadership in the greater Knoxville area. Kimberly is also a former board member of City People, an organization that promotes Downtown living in Knoxville. Kimberly has been selected by the Knoxville Business Journal as one of Knoxville's "40 under 40" business leaders making their mark in East Tennessee.

Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
